The manager on duty 11/9/2022 @ 8pm is very rude and unprofessional. He has no customer service skills, and he doesn't know how to speak to the customers. I order on Doordash and my order was completely wrong this is the second time this happened, I called to explain that my order was invalid and the manager told me to shut up, I drove up to the store and the manager was still rude. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and the manager should not be allowed to manage the restaurant. While I was there, I heard several customers complaining about the quality of service they were receiving.

The worst service I've ever had in this establishment yet! We had no waiter at all! It took 20 minutes for someone to greet us, and take our drink order! Once they were ordered, the waiter/manager never brought the adult beverages we ordered. We had to ask someone else for our drinks. When the drinks arrived our food came as well! No one checked on us. We needed napkins and refills. Had to ask yet another person to help us. Overall it was a terrible experience. When I asked to speak with a manager on my way out, turns out it was the same guy that asked for our drink order, and never returned with them. Tisk tisk Tisk. The excuse he had was it was Mother's day and they were busy. Funny the tables around us had consistent service, while we were sucking on ice. He didn't even thank us and say the simple words... HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! After I chose his restaurant to feed my family dinner on the holiday. Sucks since the tacos are really good!

I was in there on the weekend the waiter ignored my request for a refill on tea and my son and his wife ordered fajitas and she never received her plate even though he was told . I asked two times for to go box before I got one .
